THEMES Furniture & Homestore is a growing furniture brand based in Dubai. We specialize in stylish, high-quality furniture at competitive prices. As we expand our operations in the UAE, we are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle customer visits, online inquiries, and phone calls from our Dubai warehouse.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service (furniture experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for handling chats, emails, and CRM updates.
• Friendly, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Must have a valid UAE visa and be currently residing in Dubai.

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting our Jebel Ali warehouse.
• Handle online customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and website chat.
• Manage incoming phone calls and provide product details, availability, and delivery information.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service and help drive sales.
