Sales Executive – Thermal insulation
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels like lead generation, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
· Develop a deep understanding of the company’s thermal insulation and waterproofing products, their applications, and benefits, to effectively communicate their value to clients.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
· Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms of sale, ensuring they align with company goals and client satisfaction.
· Meet and exceed sales targets, track sales performance, and generate regular reports using CRM software.
· Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients, addressing their queries and ensuring proper application of the products.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
· Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
· Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of thermal insulation and waterproofing products.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
· Ability to identify and resolve client issues and challenges.
· Understanding of the construction industry and market trends.
· Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer data.
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering is preferred, but not always essential.
· Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the related industries.
· A valid UAE driving license is often required for site visits and client meetings.
