As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll have the chance to contribute to a growing, sustainable business and earn a competitive salary with an OTE of £30,500 - £32,500 per year with excellent growth potential. You’ll handle customer orders, provide exceptional service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Responsibilities
  • Handle customer orders and inquiries via email, telephone, and live chat, ensuring a prompt, efficient, and exceptional experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Process customer orders, invoices, and quotes using internal software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the ordering process, working closely with internal teams.
  • Coordinate the creation of digital mock-ups and gain customer approval.
  • Expedite deliveries with couriers, ensuring we exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
