Role Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will collaborate with talented sales professionals in the F&B/FMCG category to drive sales efforts, manage product offerings, and provide exceptional support to business operations. Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you’ll primarily work in the New Dubai area, with most of your day-to-day activities taking place in the field, engaging directly with potential partners and customers. You will be responsible for driving app downloads, onboarding new buyers, and maintaining relationships with existing clients, all while meeting or exceeding your sales targets. Reporting to the Category Manager, your core responsibilities include:

• Generating Sales Leads: Proactively identify and engage potential customers.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Sales Performance Reports: Track and report on sales performance regularly.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with logistics and operations teams to optimize order fulfillment and enhance buyer satisfaction.
