Trainocate is one of Asia’s leading learning and development providers, long established in high-end IT and technology training. We are expanding rapidly into Soft Skills, Professional Development, and Compliance training, offering both Public Run Courses and Customised In-House Corporate Programmes.
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our Professional Development and Soft Skills division. This role is ideal for a sales-driven individual with the hunger to hunt new opportunities, engage directly with corporate clients, and build a career in the corporate training industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree holder, with 1–3 years of sales/business development experience (training/education sector preferred, but not essential).
  • Proactive hunter profile with strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
  • Able to handle both B2B (corporate sales) and B2C (public run enrolments), with B2B as the primary focus.
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset, able to pick up product knowledge and sales techniques quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in engaging management-level clients.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with marketing and trainers.
