JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Sales Executive to join our team in Brampton. This role focuses on new business development and strategic account growth across our warehousing and transportation services. If you excel in building relationships and closing deals in a fast-paced 3PL environment, we want to hear from you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in Business Development and Sales experience in 3PL, transportation, or freight brokerage
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
  • Strong understanding of warehousing, trucking (LTL/FTL), and logistics services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of initiative, professionalism, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of internal departments.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new accounts and drive revenue growth through prospecting, cold calling, meetings, and presentations.
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities within 3PL, warehousing, and transportation segments.
  • Develop and manage account plans for key clients, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Maintain and expand a strong database of qualified prospects.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through consistent follow-up and service delivery.
  • Lead new client onboarding and communicate operational requirements effectively.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that highlight the full scope of Farrex’s service offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with operations to ensure alignment between client needs and service capabilities.
  • Support and mentor account managers or supervisors in handling key clients when needed.
