KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Improve Sales and individual & group bookings.,
Determining clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travel packages.
Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation.
Supplying travellers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials.
Cold calling and generating new leads.
Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
Supply travellers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs, etc.).
Create and update electronic records of clients.
Maintain relationships with key persons.
Keep financial statements and documents.
Reach the revenue and profit targets.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 3 Years’ experience in Travel and Tourism Sales
Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach. Generating new business and growing the ongoing business & revenue.
Focused on revenue generation and growth.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of travel and tourism, including destinations, accommodation options, and travel regulations.
Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to handle client inquiries, provide travel advice, and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
Ticketing Experience: Knowledge of ticketing procedures, including issuing, modifying, and canceling tickets for various travel services.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and travel service providers.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex itineraries and ensure accuracy in bookings and documentation.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Skills in troubleshooting issues and finding solutions for unexpected changes or challenges.
Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of different cultures and customs to better assist international travelers.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with travel management software, booking tools, and other relevant technology.
