POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s maritime travel and tour packages, including cruise holidays, island excursions, yacht charters, and other marine-based tourism services. This role requires building strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners, while ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry, preferably in maritime travel.
  • Strong network within the travel trade and corporate travel segment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of cruise industry, yacht charters, or marine tourism is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the maritime travel sector.
  • Promote and sell cruise packages, yacht rentals, island tours, and other marine-based tourism experiences.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and attend travel fairs/exhibitions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
