JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive with a background in travel and tourism or global visa consultation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C/B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into clients. You will play a key role in promoting tourism packages, visa services, and building long-term client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS-

  • Minimum 1 years of sales experience in travel, tourism, or visa consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi;).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, or travel booking software (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Schengen, UK, US, Canada, or UAE visa processes is preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • UAE market experience or knowledge of GCC clientele is an added advantage.
  • Own client base or network is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Actively promote and sell travel packages, tourism experiences, and visa consultancy services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, inquiries, and leads (walk-ins, emails, phone, or social media).
  • Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate travel/visa solutions.
  • Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales pipeline progress.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, or networking events when needed.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, travel trends, and international destinations.
