About Us
Maritime IMPEX is expanding its presence in the UAE travel & tourism market and is seeking a confident and experienced Sales Executive / Manager to join our Dubai operations. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing sector with a focus on corporate and private clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within UAE corporate and private sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, especially within the travel and maritime-related segments.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Expand professional networks to generate quality leads.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven sales/business development experience in the UAE travel, tourism, or related sectors.
  • Strong existing network within UAE corporate/private clients (maritime industry contacts preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Mid to Senior-level professionals will be considered.
  • Female candidates are preferred.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 (based on experience).
  • Attractive performance-based incentives.
