If you have at least 6 months of experience in the U.S. truck dispatching industry and are ready to build a rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you. Job Duties & Responsibilities Generate new business by reaching out to owner-operators and trucking companies. Present and promote the company's truck dispatching services. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into active clients. Negotiate service agreements and explain pricing and benefits. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions. Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor services. Represent the company professionally while delivering excellent customer service. Source and book profitable freight loads for assigned drivers. Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers and shippers. Plan efficient routes to maximize revenue and minimize empty miles. Maintain regular communication with drivers regarding pickup, delivery, and schedule updates. Track shipments and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. Resolve issues related to delays, detention, layovers, and TONU when necessary. Manage load documentation, rate confirmations, and broker communications. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
