QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s logistics and business ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Results-driven with a growth mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced, competitive market.
  • Team-oriented with proactive problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts in Dubai.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and solutions.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure service delivery excellence.
  • Provide timely market feedback and competitor intelligence.
  • Track all sales activities and maintain client records in CRM.
