We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage and develop the southern Tucumán and Santiago del Estero territories. This role reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled visits to clients within the assigned territory, following a defined plan and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. Manage sales and collections, ensuring assigned sales targets are met. Keep clients informed about promotions, advertising campaigns, and new commercial policies. Process customer orders and ensure proper follow-up. Handle collections and issue official receipts, reporting transactions in the system according to established procedures. Identify and visit prospective clients to expand the customer base and generate new business opportunities. Supervise points of sale (POS), ensuring proper product display and correct use of merchandising materials. Monitor market activity, including competitor pricing, promotions, and product launches. What We Value Completed secondary education. At least 2 years of experience in sales and collections, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. Ability to work independently, with a strong results-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive approach to market expansion and new client acquisition. Basic IT skills (Office package, email, reporting tools). Own vehicle in good condition (mandatory). Residence in Tucumán (mandatory).
