Eron International is the main provider of expert services to the financial and technological industry, serving worldwide brands whilst re-defining the Fintech sector. We are an extensive an capable company, recognized for the differential value we bring to empower our clients and their customers.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Executive to join our Sales team in Tupay with solid payments experience to help us expand our merchants in Peru.
We are a spinoff company that offers the best payment solution in Peru, for credit cards, cash, online banking and digital wallets. We started our operation in July of last year and we are looking for a sales manager to take Tupay to the next level.
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective inbound and outbound sales strategy to our new business development (Tupay). The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

REQUIREMENTS:


    • 1 year of proven experience working in inbound and outbound sales, or as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or relevant role.

    • Previous working experience in payment industry is a plus.
    • Proven sales track record
    • English is a plus
    • Market knowledge
    • Communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build rapport
    • Time management and planning skills
    Responsibilities
    • Help developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
    • Focus on hunting and farming of new merchants
    • Be owner of the whole sales and operation process
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
    • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
    • Keep records of sales.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
    • Build long-term relationships with new customers.
