Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive based in UAE to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in IT sales, particularly in selling software solutions like HRMS, CRM, ERP systems, and must be capable of handling technical discussions with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Drive sales of software products including HRMS, CRM, ERP, etc.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT software sales (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Good understanding of HRMS, CRM, ERP systems and ability to explain features/benefits to clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with the local UAE market and customer behavior.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Must be based in UAE
