Job Description Job Summary** We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships to drive sales of our banking products and services, contributing to the bank's growth and profitability. Job Responsibilities** * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets for various banking products, including loans, deposits, credit cards, and investment solutions. * Proactively identify and acquire new individual and corporate clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their financial needs. * Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients and recommend appropriate banking products and services. * Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective and existing clients. * Collaborate with internal departments such as Credit, Product Development, and Operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to effectively position UOB's offerings. * Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review. * Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. * Strong understanding of banking products and services. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. * Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * A valid driver's license and own transportation may be required depending on the specific role and territory.
