Job Description Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of banking products and services to new and existing customers, contributing to the growth and profitability of United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd. Job Responsibilities:** * Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services (e.g., loans, deposits, investments, insurance). * Conduct thorough financial assessments and present tailored solutions that align with customer objectives and bank policies. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by the bank. * Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments within the banking industry. * Collaborate effectively with internal departments (e.g., credit, operations, product teams) to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery. * Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards of the bank. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. * Strong understanding of banking products and services, including consumer and/or commercial offerings. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. * Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets. * Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; proficiency in other local dialects is an advantage. * Possession of relevant industry licenses or certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CEILI) will be an added advantage.
