JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for helping customers find the right vehicle, delivering outstanding service, and closing deals. You’ll also be responsible for handling finance proposals and working with finance companies to help customers secure the best financing options.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous sales experience (car dealership experience is a bonus but not essential).
  • Confidence in talking to customers and providing great service.
  • A positive and motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle finance options (training provided).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • UK driving licence Required
  • Basic computer skills for processing sales and finance applications.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in-person, online, and over the phone.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features.
  • Negotiate pricing, financing, and additional services to close sales.
  • Process and submit finance proposals to multiple finance companies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for all sales transactions.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling.
  • Maintain the showroom and online vehicle listings to high standards.
