JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Used Cars Sales Executive with 3–7 years of proven experience in the UAE automotive market. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, an in-depth knowledge of used cars, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE used car industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Good knowledge of different car brands, models, and specifications.
• Familiarity with UAE RTA regulations and car transfer procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Proficient in using online sales platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Valid UAE driving license.

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Handle the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing the deal.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE used car market, including pricing and trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist in vehicle valuations and trade-in assessments.
• Manage listings on various online platforms (e.g., Dubizzle, Facebook Marketplace).
• Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain customer records and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and events.
