EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a telemarketing environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct telemarketing calls to generate leads and promote our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Utilise Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
