Sales Executive (Vending Machines) – Dubai, UAE

  • Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000
  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Experience: 3+ years (UAE B2B sales preferred)

Are you a results-driven sales professional with strong B2B experience? Join our team and help us expand our vending machine solutions across corporate offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and expand client base across UAE.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Recommend tailored vending solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with operations/installation teams for seamless onboarding.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to enhance sales strategy.

Requirements

  • ✔ Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • ✔ 2–4 years of UAE experience in B2B sales (vending, FMCG, OOH advertising, facilities management, etc.)
  • ✔ Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills
  • ✔ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • ✔ Good knowledge of UAE market and business culture
  • ✔ UAE Driving License (mandatory)
  • ✔ Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
  • ✔ Self-driven, proactive, and customer-focused

KPIs / Success Metrics

  • New client acquisitions per quarter
  • Sales revenue vs. target achievement
  • Lead-to-contract conversion rate
  • Client satisfaction & retention
