QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (required)
  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or outbound SDR experience
  • Confidence and persistence in cold calling and cold outreach
  • Strong understanding of real estate or investment markets
  • Familiarity with tokenization, blockchain, or fintech is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • CRM and email automation experience preferred
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Dubai-based team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on lead generation, cold outreach, and closing high-potential deals. You will be responsible for initiating and managing conversations with both retail and institutional investors, asset owners, and strategic partners, often starting with cold calls or emails. Your mission is to drive adoption of our tokenized real estate products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue sales leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and networking
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
  • Educate prospects on tokenization, blockchain, and Vesta’s offerings
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, demos, proposals, and contracts
  • Work closely with marketing to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging
  • Maintain activity records and deal tracking in CRM tools
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
