JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing landscape contracting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for both landscape projects and annual maintenance contracts to meet or exceed sales revenue targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record in sales/business development within the landscape contracting, construction, or interior fit-out industry.
  • Hands-on understanding of project life cycles and site coordination is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Immediate availability to join is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and generate leads for new landscape construction and maintenance projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients (developers, consultants, contractors, facilities managers, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to develop customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting through CRM or designated systems.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
