Solace Visas is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team and guide clients through their overseas immigration and visa options. The ideal candidate will have experience in immigration sales and a strong understanding of visa procedures for countries such as Canada, New Zealand, and across Europe.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in sales, tele-sales, customer service, or immigration services
• Strong knowledge of Schengen visa, work visas, and residence permit processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Fluency in Hindi, Urdu & English is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills

• Advising clients on visa and immigration services
• Handling client queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
• Making outbound calls to warm and hot leads provided by the company
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information on visa laws and immigration policies
• Following up with leads and clients to ensure excellent service and conversion
• Promoting company services to walk-in and prospective clients
• Recommending suitable immigration solutions based on client profiles and needs
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Maintaining clear communication and building trust with clients
