Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Residency Services Division. This role involves handling inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns while proactively driving outbound sales efforts. The role includes identifying and building strategic partnerships, exploring untapped markets, and engaging both B2B and B2C clients to expand Auxilium’s reach. The ideal candidate will have experience in both B2B and B2C sales, confidence in conducting professional conversations over the phone, hosting in-person and online meetings, and contributing innovative ideas to grow the division and enhance the Auxilium brand.

Key Deliverables
. Achieve monthly sales targets for inbound and outbound sales across all service categories.
. Establish new partnerships or referral sources per month, focusing on both B2B verticals and B2C opportunities.
. Successfully close clients across our product set.
. Identify and penetrate new market segments or B2B verticals.
. Deliver accurate and timely sales reports to management.
. Propose and execute new initiatives to drive division growth or enhance brand visibility annually.
. Ensure client satisfaction with a Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Skills and Qualifications
. Proven experience in sales, including both B2B and B2C sales, preferably in residency solutions or business setup.
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead phone consultations and professional meetings in person or online.
. Demonstrated ability to engage with both individual clients and corporate stakeholders effectively.
. Proven success in negotiating contracts, managing corporate partnerships, and closing deals with individual clients.
. Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new markets and partnerships.
. Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to grow the division and brand.
. Familiarity with UAE residency and business setup regulations, including Golden Visas, is a plus.
. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
. Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player with a growth-oriented mindset.
