Description

Sales & Customer Development : Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling contact lenses and solution products through professional sales techniques. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential sales.
Customer Relationship Management : Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Provide product presentations and demonstrations to eye care professionals, retailers, and distributors. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis & Strategy Implementation : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and conventions.
Product Knowledge & Training : Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding contact lenses and solutions, as well as a general understanding of eye health. Provide training and support to customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage.

Reporting & Administration : Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Ensure accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Manage product inventory and samples.
