POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our Wellness Centre. The role involves promoting services such as therapeutic massages, Ayurvedic consultations, yoga sessions, sound healing therapies, and naturopathy treatments. The ideal candidate will combine sales acumen with empathy for wellness and holistic health practices, ensuring a consultative and relationship-driven approach to client engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality (preferred).
  • 2–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in wellness, hospitality, fitness, or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in corporate wellness program sales is a strong advantage.

Performance Metrics

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Client acquisition and retention rate.
  • Revenue contribution from corporate wellness programs.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.

Note: Female Candidates are preferred for this role, given the client engagement and wellness focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Identify and build relationships with individual clients, corporates, and wellness partners.
  • Drive membership sales, package deals, and corporate wellness programs.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies (events, community tie-ups, health fairs, wellness seminars).
  • Client Engagement & Conversion
  • Welcome walk-in clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable therapies.
  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to explain wellness offerings and package benefits.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for memberships and services.
  • Corporate & B2B Sales
  • Approach corporates for employee wellness programs (yoga, stress management, sound healing workshops).
  • Build partnerships with hotels, gyms, and lifestyle brands for referral opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and existing clients.
  • Ensure repeat business through personalized follow-ups, renewal reminders, and after-service care.
  • Gather client feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, seasonal offers, and wellness campaigns.
  • Represent the Wellness Centre at exhibitions, expos, and networking events.
