POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE – DIGITAL RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS

Location: Winnersh, Berkshire
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (Realistic First Year OTE £36,000 - £40,000)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities with recruitment agencies, job boards, and direct employers.
  • Deliver clear and compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in our CRM system (full training on HubSpot will be provided).
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to overall business goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to effectively position WhatJobs solutions in the market.
