Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell our visa services to prospective and existing clients.

Generate new business through calls, referrals, social media, and networking.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional guidance on visit visa options.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

Previous sales experience is preferred.

Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience in visa, travel, tourism, or immigration services is an advantage but not mandatory.

UAE sales experience is a plus; however, candidates with relevant sales experience from their home country are also welcome.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Tagalog, Hindi, Tamil, Sinhala, or Urdu will be an added advantage.
