THE ROLE

We’re seeking a warm, polished, and knowledgeable Luxury Jewellery Sales Specialist with experience in diamond and high-end jewellery retail. This person will be the face of Solene Jewellers, delivering exceptional client service and elevating our brand’s presence in Dubai’s luxury retail environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and engage customers with warmth and genuine enthusiasm, helping them discover the ideal piece to match their style and story.
  • Showcase expert knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, design, and craftsmanship, especially diamonds.
  • Educate clients on design concepts, product features—and our brand values of empowerment and timeless elegance.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through attentive service, styling advice, and follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales goals; assist in profitable merchandising and visual presentation.
  • Facilitate smooth transaction experiences—from luxury wrapping to handling returns/exchanges.
  • Actively contribute to promotional campaigns and in-boutique events.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market awareness
