JOB SUMMARY:

As a Sales Executive (WSQ Course Consultant), you will be responsible for promoting and selling WSQ training courses to individuals and corporate clients. You will guide prospective learners through the course selection process, provide consultation on suitable training programs, and support them with funding and registration processes. Your role will focus on achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • GCE O-Level, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of sales or education consultancy experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of WSQ/SSG frameworks and SkillsFuture funding schemes is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities

Proactively engage potential clients through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, or online inquiries.
Provide consultation on WSQ courses based on individual and corporate training needs.
Recommend suitable training programs aligned with SkillsFuture and WSQ frameworks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
Conduct post-course follow-ups to drive client satisfaction and future enrollment.
Assist clients with registration, SkillsFuture Credit claims, and other funding applications.
Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and course scheduling.
Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant with SSG requirements.
Stay updated with WSQ course offerings, SSG policies, funding changes, and market trends.
Gather feedback from clients and competitors to improve service offerings.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
