Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries promptly, including evenings/weekends.

Sales & Conversions

• Follow up on leads, provide quotes, and close sales to meet KPIs (commission-based incentives).

Customer Service & Operations

• Coordinate charters with customers, operations team, and marina staff.
• Assist in pre-charter prep (documentation, supply orders,delivery order).

Agent/Reseller Coordination

• Manage inquiries from third-party agents selling our yacht charters.

Working Hours:
Office Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (on-site).
Flexible Availability: Must respond to WhatsApp messages after hours/weekends (remotely).

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Chinese
• Sales/customer service experience (hospitality/travel/yachting preferred).
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable with operational tasks.

Compensation:
Basic Salary: SGD 2,000/month + uncapped commissions. (average $1,400 per month)
