POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Foster productive relationships by visiting both regular and prospective client businesses, identifying and capitalising on selling opportunities of our goods and services.
  • Conduct meticulous assessments of customers’ needs, delivering informed recommendations and explanations of goods and services tailored to meet their requirements.
  • Skillfully handle price quoting and negotiations, as well as managing payment terms, contract completion, and understanding requirements with precision.
  • Promoting our goods and services to existing and prospective clients
  • Proactively acquire and continually update knowledge regarding competitors good, services and prevailing market conditions.
  • Respond to RFP’s and RFQ’s.
  • Product demonstration and participate in requirement analysis.
  • Provide comprehensive sales performance reports and insights to sales management, highlighting achievements and assessing the marketability of goods and services.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to guarantee satisfaction with purchased goods and services, swiftly addressing and resolving any arising issues.
  • Maintain meticulous sales reports and accurately track and submit records of incurred business expenses in a timely manner.

To be successful in obtaining this role, you will have:

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification, or at least 5 years of relevant experienc
