Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by cold-calling potential clients and introducing them to our full range of accounting services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a confident phone manner, and a strong understanding of the value accounting services bring to businesses. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and will be instrumental in building strong relationships that lead to long-term client partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or B2B sales (experience in the accounting or financial services sector is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close appointments.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients daily, introducing and promoting our accounting services.
  • Identify key decision-makers and initiate conversations to understand their business needs.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and how they can solve specific client challenges.
  • Schedule appointments or consultations for senior accountants or business development leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls made, leads generated, and appointments booked.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and accounting best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and accounting teams to refine messaging and sales strategy.
