Job Scope & Skills Requirements

• Quickly respond to sales enquiries (call-ins, emails, messages and/or referrals).
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team to schedule site viewing, move-in and/or other arrangements.
• Send and follow up on quotations.
• Update customer database promptly and accurately.
