THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Sales Experimentation Lead to blaze the trail for how shoppers will engage with brands in the future. This isn’t about following a script, it’s about writing it. Sitting at the crossroads of sales, growth, and product innovation, you’ll be the creative force behind new approaches to shopper engagement. By working directly with real customers, you’ll uncover the insights and breakthroughs that will define our playbook and lay the foundation for the AI that will scale it to millions.
Unlike a traditional sales or CX role, this is about inventing what comes next. You’ll design and run experiments across the customer journey, act as a concierge for select shoppers, and translate findings into actionable roadmaps for both sales and product teams.
This is a very hands-on role, expect to spend much of your time chatting directly with shoppers, trialing new approaches, and learning fast.
