Description

We are looking for a Sales Expert for the international team based in our Milan office to develop and close business opportunities, expanding Dassault Systèmes’ footprint and achieving revenue targets in the DELMIA brand domain. You will collaborate with customers across the Southeast Europe region to drive business growth.
Our brand DELMIA provides solutions that connect the virtual world of modeling and simulation with real-world operations, delivering value to stakeholders across the entire supply chain—from suppliers and manufacturers to logistics, transportation, and service operators.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Economics background is valued; an engineering degree is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of industrial automation, manufacturing processes, and digital transformation
  • 5+ years of experience in software solution sales or pre-sales
  • Understanding of MES/MOM, supply chain management, and digital manufacturing.
  • Strong grasp of industry portfolios and market dynamics
  • Excellent sales acumen with the ability to identify, communicate, and maximize value for clients
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Strategic negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving business goals
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluency in English and Italian.

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA within existing and new accounts
  • Achieve revenue targets through strategic customer engagement and value-driven consulting
  • Develop trusted relationships with key executives to support long-term partnerships and business transformation
  • Define and execute client strategies, positioning 3DS solutions as a competitive advantage
  • Promote 3DS strategic vision, securing commitment for digital transformation
  • Utilize the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform to strengthen customer relationships and align ecosystem activities
  • Drive business growth by leveraging market analysis and industry insights.
