Plenitude On the Road is seeking a Sales Expert for Germany and Austria (DAT Market), based in Munich , as part of its internationalisation strategy. The successful candidate will join the Business Development DAT team and contribute directly to the company’s growth in the region.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of deal creation within the EV charging cards or infrastructure sectors, combined with exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with teams such as Engineering. They should be capable of attracting new clients to our existing charging network, expanding the network and demonstrating a proactive approach with strong deal-closing abilities. An excellent network within the fleet customer sector is essential.
The role requires a high degree of autonomy in managing interactions and negotiations with potential partners (e.g. installation site owners and commercial fleet operators) and other stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting relevant documentation for public tenders or similar processes, coordinating internal and/or external resources as necessary.
The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and very good verbal and written skills in English. Knowledge of Italian and other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare bids and tenders for EV fleet customers and/or site owners; lead negotiations and close deals.
  • Define and execute sales targets, unique selling points (USPs), target groups and tailored offers for the Austrian and German markets.
  • Develop country-specific pricing strategies and incentive models to enhance competitiveness.
  • Expand the Austrian and German roaming network for Be Charge in close collaboration with HQ.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all eMSP-related topics, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor and analyse competitor pricing, payment methods, and commercial terms.
  • Analyse customer billing behaviour across various billing types and develop control measures to improve efficiency.
  • Implement and manage systems to monitor lease agreements, including expiry dates and compliance milestones.
  • Lead lease renewal negotiations with landowners to secure favourable terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of contracts and lease agreements; serve as the primary liaison during negotiations.
  • Coordinate and prepare all required documentation for public tenders or similar procurement procedures.
  • Support other relevant initiatives to strengthen Be Charge’s presence in the DAT market
