JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Field Marketing Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, technical sales, or technology sales, and have the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience, field marketing skills, and a customer service mindset who is also comfortable working with Excel and CRM tools.

SKILLS

• Industry Knowledge: Background in the automotive parts industry is highly preferred.
• Excel Proficiency: Able to manage and analyze sales data in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, data entry, reporting).
• Sales Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or customer service.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Bilingual Preferred: Fluent English required; additional languages (Mandarin, French, Spanish) are a plus.
• Strong Communication: Confident in phone sales, negotiations, and face-to-face client interactions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to relationship building.

• Make outbound calls and conduct on-site visits to auto parts retailers, repair shops, and other automotive-related businesses to introduce our products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned market.
• Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to present products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new accounts clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.
• Distribute promotional materials and engage with potential customers at trade shows, events, and business locations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies.
