Overview The Sales Finance Analyst provides financial support to the Commercial organization by managing trade spend analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This role ensures accuracy in financial data, supports decision-making, and drives insights to optimize trade investments and profitability. This role will report directly into the Senior Manager, Sales Finance. Responsibilities Lead daily and weekly performance reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights. Conduct forecasting, including data setup, trend analysis, and identifying risks and opportunities. Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), providing input, validating assumptions, and aligning with business partners. Perform pricing and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making. Conduct customer requests and investment analysis, evaluating returns and recommending optimal resource allocation. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scenario and contingency planning. Support pre and post promotional analysis and performance evaluation for key initiatives. Support month end close process. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,700 - $135,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2–4 years in Finance, preferably in Sales Finance or FP&A. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with TPM systems preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
