THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and proactive.
• Strong project and time management abilities.
• Comfortable with large datasets; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monthly Variance Analysis for Gross Sales, Trade Spend, Net Revenue and Gross Margin
• Deductions and Promo Accrual Review and Follow up with sales teams
• Create and maintain BI tools, reports to deliver meaningful insights into business performance and ensure explanation of results.
• Contributes on projects on a need basis.
• Creation and delivery of decks, slides, comments (Monthly performance LV reviews, Forecasts, Plan)
• Integrity of the reporting tools and their reliability.
