Redhead Equipment has an opportunity for a Sales/Finance Coordinator at our Humboldt branch. This position will support the AG Equipment sales department with the administration of inbound and outbound units. You will be responsible for pricing out equipment, documentation and helping manage inventory. As well as work alongside of our Sales team offering financing options to our customers.
Responsibilities will include.
- Meet with customers in person, supporting the sales process and staff members.
- Responsible for entire process including general discussion, information collection, document submission, funding, and invoicing.
- Responsible for maintaining sales inventory, in and out bound.
- Manage/Coordinate local and factory freight of equipment.
- Manage/Coordinate workflow of wash bay facility.
- Obtain required information for credit applications.
- Working with captive & non-captive financing programs for Agriculture equipment
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/experience:
- Experience in administration support including invoicing, expense coding and inventory control.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- High level of organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to manage a large volume of paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to react to sales requests quickly and efficiently.
- Communication proficiency
- Previous experience through business administration, dealership experience, financing or lending institutions would be ideal. This position is required to work in office and may require travel from time to time.
