Automotive Dealership seeking a Manager with both Sales Manager and Finance Manager experience, located at a high volume import New vehicle dealership in Charlotte.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Applicant must be Organized, have a proven track record in sales leadership and motivated to achieve monthly goals by generating leads/sales from customer data base and incoming E-commerce leads.
Applicate should be a motivator of successful sales teams and demonstrate an effective mentoring attitude.
Applicant should be career-minded and looking for a long-term home for their management skills.
Applicate must be able to provide back up for F&I.
Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
Minimum of 3 years of Automotive Management experience.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Verifiable references for management skills.

Responsibilities

Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
Manage the New/Used vehicle inventory online and on lot, including ordering and dealer trades
Provide ongoing training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars
Handle Finance Manager Functions on F&I Mangers Day off and heavy customer flow
Forecast monthly with each Sales Consultant to establish objectives in terms of the number and type of Customers, closing percentages in each category, time utilization, prospecting efforts, unit sales, and projected income
Meet with each Sales Consultant, each day, to review prior day’s results and today’s action or work plan
Conduct Sales Meetings
Monitor Sales Consultant prospecting efforts and effectiveness
Monitors Dealership adherence to standards for displaying, merchandising, and maintaining vehicle displays
Ensure that all Sales Consultants offer a 100% turnover to Finance and Lease Department
Ensure that every prospect is personally greeted and thanked for their business by a manager
Monitor DMS and other systems utilization in support of measurement and tracking of Dealership Retail Sales performance
Maintain all Federal and state compliance laws and disclosures
