Are you a enthusiastic person with a knack for sales? Do you love the thrill of the open road and the freedom of outdoor adventures? We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our team. As part of our dedicated sales force, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service and expertise to our motorcycle, offroad, marine, and snowmobile customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and personalized assistance.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of various Powersports products, including motorcycles, ATVs, watercraft, and other recreational vehicles.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right Powersports vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of different Powersports models.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on pricing, financing options, warranties, and service packages.
  • Proactively follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that all vehicles are well-presented and ready for display.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and advancements in Powersports technology to better serve customers.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery and preparation of sold vehicles.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and dealership activities.
  • Uphold company policies and standards while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Powersport experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
