POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Sales Floor Associate to join our team. Providing excellent customer service is the number one responsibility in this role, but we believe that great sales come from delivering outstanding customer experiences, maintaining a positive energy in the store, and working collaboratively with teammates. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will help customers find the right products, share knowledge about our wide range of offerings, and ensure that every person who walks through our doors has a great experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Experience in a retail sales or customer service role is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for cycling and outdoor sports.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to work weekends and peak retail hours.

  • Stay engaged in product training sessions to continuously improve expertise.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through in-person interactions, text, and email.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
  • Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to keep displays attractive and up to standard.
  • Follow store security procedures to safeguard company assets.
