POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. As Floor Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our showroom floor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals
• Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
• OMVIC Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience from initial contact to final sale
• Manage daily floor operations, including staff scheduling, coverage, and lead assignment
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance development
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, closing ratios, CSI scores)
• Work closely with the General Sales Manager and other department heads
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally when escalated
