We are looking for a Sales Focused CSA for Take 5 Oil Change - Alliston.
As a CSA, your primary duties will be to interact with customers. You will be the main point of contact for the entire service. Using information management and critical thinking, you will apply your strong communication skills to help evaluate, educate, lead and pitch different levels of service to your customer ,as well as make recommendations from the technicians/vehicle maintenance schedule.
You will also assist with the cleaning and maintenance and upkeep of the building. As well, you could be required to assist with hands-on duties such as removing and installing air/cabin filters, wiper blades as well as other basic technician duties set out in the role.

• Interacting with customers and reviewing products and services
• Recommending services based on preventative maintenance service intervals
• General cleaning and stocking duties

• Basic technician duties
• Duties as assigned by management

Compensation :

• $19 to start moving to $21 after training and probation completed
