Description This role serves as a primary administrator within a collaborative team environment, working under guidance from a lead Salesforce administrator. The ideal candidate brings advanced platform expertise, a strong understanding of scalable system design, and hands-on experience implementing complex automation and improving legacy architecture. This position is project- and task-focused, executing against a strategic vision. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will regularly work with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and contribute to solution architecture in a collaborative manner. Their primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality, scalable, extensible implementations that support both current and future business needs. SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Serve as a primary administrator for Salesforce, collaborating closely with another Salesforce administrator for direction, strategy, and architectural review. · Design, build, and optimize complex Salesforce Flows and automation to support advanced business processes, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and best practices. · Improve legacy development, and existing architectural components by refactoring outdated configurations, workflows, flows, and processes. · Implement new system integrations, including data mapping, workflow logic, error handling, and cross-system synchronization requirements. · Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, record types, permission sets, profiles, validation rules, page layouts, Lightning apps, and other advanced platform features. · Execute and manage project tasks, enhancements, and platform updates based on a defined strategic plan. · Support data integrity and quality initiatives, including advanced data loads, data transformations, and ongoing data maintenance. · Develop and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards to support visibility into operations and business performance. · Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and document processes in clear, actionable formats. · Collaborate with team members to architect improved solutions, ensuring technically sound, extensible, and scalable implementations. Requirements EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: · Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (must hold). · Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including designing and deploying complex Flows. · Demonstrated experience improving legacy architecture and modernizing Salesforce implementations. · Strong understanding of complex workflows, criteria-driven automation, and data relationships. · Experience in implementing or supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems. · Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. · Proven ability to execute project-based tasks and deliver high-quality technical solutions. · Ability to embrace Clearwater’s CLEAR core values (Commitment to Client Success, Lead with Accountability, Integrity & Collaboration, Excellence in All That We Do, Advance Colleague Success, Respect & Transparency) and culture.? PREFERRED: · Platform App Builder Certification (a plus). · Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator (a plus). · Experience administering Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA. · Tableau Cloud experience. · Experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as SalesLoft or engagement platforms. · Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or LWC helpful but not required. The base salary range for this role is $___105,000________ to $__117.000_________. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and paid sick time.
