Description:
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, and utilizing expertise in Salesforce development to contribute to the optimization of sales processes and enhancement of overall CRM capabilities.
Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
Design and develop scalable and robust Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Implement Salesforce automation and workflow rules to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights and analytics to the sales team and management.
Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrations.
Manage Salesforce user roles, profiles, security settings, and data access to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to support their requirements and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers or administrators within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and development best practices.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flow.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Salesforce Developer certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
