Job Description Position Overview: The Country SFE Manager will be responsible for driving sales force productivity and commercial excellence within the country. This role focuses on data-driven insights, process optimization, and sales performance management to ensure the sales team operates at peak effectiveness. The incumbent will collaborate with the in-country Sales, Marketing, to design and implement SFE initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role also works very closely with the CoE teams based in Hyderabad, India. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Force Strategy & Deployment • Design and maintain territory alignment and resource allocation models. • Develop call planning and frequency strategies to maximize customer coverage. • Performance Management & Analytics • Define and track KPIs for sales force productivity and effectiveness. • Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to provide actionable insights. • Incentive Compensation • Support design and administration of incentive schemes in collaboration with HR and Finance. • Monitor payout accuracy and assess incentive effectiveness. • Process Excellence • Standardize SFE processes and tools to ensure consistency and scalability. • Drive continuous improvement in sales operations and reporting. • Stakeholder Engagement • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to align SFE initiatives with business priorities. • Act as a trusted advisor on sales force optimization. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Education: Graduate degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field. Experience: • 10+ years overall experience, with minimum 3 years in core SFE roles (territory design, incentive planning, performance analytics). • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent). • Familiarity with CRM systems and field force automation platforms. Key Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions without direct authority. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
